Our Investment Goals (Tiếng Việt)

JMF Capital, Inc is actively looking to invest in Vietnam. We are primarily interested in real estate in major cities and factories in the renewable energy fields. For real estate, we prefer for-sale residential projects in prime inner city locations and prime office building sites. We are looking for real estate projects from $2 million USD to $40 million USD. For factories, we will look at manufacturing facilities with capital needs up to $2 million USD.

Although we prefer to own and control property ourselves, we understand the emphasis on joint ventures in Vietnam. Therefore, we are looking for local minority partners to form joint ventures with. Our local partners should have the expertise to secure timely government approvals and bank financing. In addition, we are looking for joint venture partners who are nterested in learning and experiencing American investment traditions and requirements.

Since Vietnam is a developing market, we need to take certain steps to reduce our risk. This will include detailed reporting, third party verifications and tight cost and accounting controls. We believe the best way to achieve our objective is to hire highly reputable advisors, often with Western experience including architects, construction managers, accountants, lawyers and marketing firms. We believe the sum of our capital and expertise, the advise of our advisors and the local Vietnamese work ethic will be a successful formula for making money.
