Our Investment Goals

We are currently looking for value added opportunities in San Francisco and the surrounding areas and in Vietnam.

In San Francisco, we are interested in office, industrial and retail from $2 million to $30 million. We prefer Class B property with some upside. We are seeking a five year IRR of at least 15%.

In Vietnam our needs are similiar and better described on our Vietnam page. However, in Vietnam, our minimum IRR is 25% and we prefer more.
